This one-day conference marks the launch of Vereniging eCommons and the presentation of MetaState: the first working prototype for our future digital infrastructure for the community economy.

We invite members of cooperatives, activists of the commons movement, civil servants, civil society leaders, and academics to exchange ideas, share visions, and explore the next steps for commons-based digital infrastructures in Amsterdam and beyond.

Alongside inspiring talks and discussions, we will present our roadmap with several wooncoöperaties and open the conversation on how eCommons can support a thriving community economy. Food and space for informal connection are included.
